District Clerk

The district clerk’s office is the office of record for all criminal and civil proceedings heard in the 106^th Judicial District Court. This includes personal injury, contract, real estate, and consumer lawsuits; all divorces, child support and custody cases; as well as tax collection cases; and felony criminal cases.
