Probate and Civil Courts

 

The County Clerk’s office keeps records for the Garza County Civil and Probate courts.

The court hears cases on debt, injury, damages, domestic violence, condemnation, bond forfeitures and more.  The Clerk issues citations, writs of execution, abstracts of judgment, letters of guardianship, letters testamentary, protective orders, notices, and other documents as required by law or requested by customers.
