District Clerk

The district clerk’s office is the office of record for all criminal and civil proceedings heard in the 106th Judicial District Court. This includes personal injury, contract, real estate, and consumer lawsuits; all divorces, child support and custody cases; as well as tax collection cases; and felony criminal cases.
